RBW TRADE / How the work is organised

Each stage provides the basis for a decision

The workflow follows the requirement. The buyer approves requirements and decisions; RBW connects agreed stages and the exchange of information between participants.

Start with the brief and scope

Clarify the product, current stage, open questions and desired decision. Agree the included work, stage outcomes and responsible participants.

Supplier sourcing

A candidate list, comparison table and open questions, in a format and scope agreed before the work starts.

Manufacturer verification

A report covering agreed questions, sources, observations, supporting material, unverified information and limitations.

Production and quality control

A record of each agreed requirement, confirmation method, observation, status and next action. Reporting is defined by the assignment.

Logistics coordination

Comparable options with scope, assumptions, limitations, offer validity and handover points, supporting the buyer's next decision.

Changes and open questions

The current specification, findings and unresolved questions pass to the next participant. Material changes require agreement; absence of a response is not confirmation.
